New Patients: A $100 deposit is required to secure your initial appointment. This deposit will be applied as a credit toward your visit. If you miss your appointment, cancel, or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited as a no-show fee.
Cancellation Policy: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes. If you cancel, reschedule, or miss your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full cost of the visit.
Refunds: If you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund of your deposit. To request a refund, please call us at 650-383-5041 or email concierge@altosacupuncture.com.
